• PROGRAM MANAGERS

  Responsible for providing overall strategic leadership, tactical planning, execution, and general oversight for major programs that integrate multiple swim lanes and sub-projects. Understand customer and stakeholder goals, align project priorities, train, mentor, and coach best practices. Responsible for leading technical teams to implement solutions that align with customer and stakeholder business requirements.

• IT PROJECT MANAGERS

  Provide oversight for large IT implementation projects, including integrating systems/applications, data/databases, network, infrastructure, and security. Responsibilities include performing system analysis, designing & engineering solutions, staffing, budgeting, and resourcing to manage IT operations. Understand stakeholder goals, align project priorities, provide program reporting, manage communications, apply Agile (Scrum/Kanban) project management, and program, product & services roadmap planning.

• IT PROJECT COORDINATERS

  Provide tactical tracking and coordination for specific workstreams and subprojects within major IT implementation projects that integrate systems/applications, data/databases, network, infrastructure, and security. Responsible for maintenance and management of system implementation/integration/migration timelines, customer relationship management (CRM) services, marketing & outreach, process, product, & solution documentation, product/service training & awareness, technical onboarding, application, data, and infrastructure products and services, coordination of O∓M support services for business applications, databases, and IT infrastructure equipment, offboarding & decommissioning support services, software asset management, ITSI management, and support services.

• BUSINESS ANALYSTS

  Leads onboarding, governance, communications, training & awareness activities to ensure cloud customers and stakeholders are engaged and informed on how Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), hybrid cloud, and emerging cloud computing solutions, services and environments can support their business needs. Works closely with the cloud application, infrastructure, architecture, data, security, and product teams to ensure the successful delivery of cloud governance and management oversight for the business owners and their stakeholders.

• CLOUD SOFTWARE ENGINEERS

  Engineer containing broad expertise in all cloud service offerings, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), hybrid cloud, and emerging cloud computing solutions, capable of utilizing any of the cloud services offerings being delivered to customers to serve as a technical point of contact on all technical cloud challenges and opportunities. Responsible for supporting cloud adoption through assessing cloud solutions, refactoring workloads for cloud solutions, migrating legacy or other systems to cloud solutions, providing management/governance of cloud solutions, DevOps support, and developing cloud-native applications that align with cloud customer and stakeholder business requirements.

• TECHNICAL ADVISORS / FACILITATORS

  Subject matter expert with extensive, enterprise-wide knowledge and experience in one or more cloud-specific designated functional and domain areas, including cloud infrastructure management and monitoring, cloud application design, cloud data management, cloud network connectivity, cloud security, and cloud onboarding & governance in Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), hybrid cloud, and emerging cloud computing solutions. The Cloud SME/Advisor/Facilitator provides strategic leadership and general oversight for cloud adoption, focusing on complex cloud migration and integration projects. Responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to design and facilitate classes, workshops, and training courses that promote and teach best practices, foundational skills, and knowledge and bring modern ideas that improve cloud delivery and maintenance.

• SOLUTION ARCHITECTS

  Uses extensive enterprise-wide knowledge and experience in multiple designated functional and domain areas, including architecture design, application development, programming, system integration, system analysis, database development, network operations, testing, IT service management, and IT infrastructure maintenance to develop and implement scalable and viable solutions for the project or program based on customer and stakeholder business requirements. Serves as the SME for designated functional and domain areas responsible for developing solutions, product roadmaps, system documentation, service consumption documentation, and user guides/training.

• SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS

  Subject matter expert with extensive, enterprise-wide knowledge and experience in one or more designated functional and domain areas, including communications, management & financial consulting, business program & project management, risk management, and problem management. Responsible for providing high-level vision to program/project manager or senior client leadership to influence objectives of complex efforts. Applies principles and methods of the subject matter to specialized solutions. Generally, possess demonstrated ability and experience in management consulting and cross-team facilitation at the senior management level.
